Aspire Rugby created a rugby-specific strength program designed by USA Eagle Mike Garrity. This 12 week lifting program gives special, intentional thought to the movements and muscle groups that benefit the rugby athlete.

This is a program for athletes who are committed to improving their on field performance by dedicating 4 days a week to getting stronger and faster in the gym.

Your program includes video guides to each movement to ensure you execution is effective and safe.


Aspire Rugby’s Strength Program Includes:

-12 Weeks strength training carefully created by USA Eagle and S&C Coach Mikey Garrity

-4 days of training each week with sets that build week over week to ensure you see progress in your development

-Access to your workouts using mobile app through TrueCoach for quick and seamless access your training anywhere

-Video directions and tips for each movement by USA Eagle Mikey Garrity so you are confident you can execute correctly
