8 Week Rugby Fitness program for #TrainLikeAnEagle Athletes
Aspire Rugby’s 8 Week Fitness Program includes 2 -3 days of speed and conditioning development each week. This program is meant to compliment and enhance the skill work you are doing with your #TrainLikeAnEagle assignments. We included agility, speed development and conditioning- you have it all covered with this!
Upon purchase you will get a downloadable document for the entire 8 weeks of your training. The price of $18.50 covers the entire cost of this program
Once you have placed your order you will instantly receive a downloadable PDF document with each workout for the entire 8 weeks. We suggest you print off these pages so that you have them with you when you go out to train. Most of the workouts are meant to be done outside where you can run, however, you can also complete these in a gym if needed. If you do not recognize a movement you can always YouTube it for a visual.
